The inn “Ai Laghi” is in the lowlands of Friuli, a few kilometers away from the lagoon of Marano and Grado, as well as the seaside resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro, halfway between Venice and Trieste, cities which are within an hour’s drive. The nearest train station is Latisana (UD) and the closest airport is Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari.
The building, with the typical structure of a farmhouse from Friuli, was renovated in 2013 with main attention to sustainability, both externally and in the interior, where now seven new apartments, completely furnished and with the most modern equipment, such as an individual air conditioning, have emerged. The house is eco-friendly and powered by a solar system.
All rooms have a view to the open and charming courtyard and the surrounding landscape. The atmosphere is that which gives us this fertile land every day; with its calm rhythms and the slow change of the seasons and the colors of the sky and nature.
The courtyard is completely fenced and not only because of this it is a great place for families with small children and also for commuters all year long. A large and free parking area is also available.
